The Greenley team lead by John Hanley, responsible for the completion of numerous landmark projects, are focused on seamless services in construction, having combined their skills to focus on providing a service with a difference.

Our expertise in the construction of complex projects, involving multiple stakeholders, has honed our skills of open communication, planning, listening and seeking continuous improvement. We understand the importance of and focus on all stakeholders, appropriate governance and the achievement of project objectives and milestones.
The business operates QSE systems and procedures to satisfy the requirements of relevant codes, legislation, Government standards and Australian & International standards.

TRAINING
Greenley has a focus on skilled employees with an awareness and commitment to making a difference to the industry’s future workforce and intellect, employing university and tertiary students, graduates and trade apprentices.
Consistent daily, weekly and monthly review of planning, programming and tasks across all sites allows us to monitor the training needs and implementation in our business.
We appreciate that each project comes with unique and dynamic circumstances constantly requiring review and assessment. Managing variation and change is what we do through years of experience and successful delivery.
